DUROGLOSS is a multipurpose paint is made of quick-drying Nitrocellulose resin with build a good, very good flow, long lasting color performance, as well as having excellent adhesion. DUROGLOSS can be applied to vehicle painting, framework iron / steel, galvanized and equipment made for wood and plastic.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  • The surface to be painted must be clean from dirt, dust, oil, rust, old paint which still stick and other contaminants
  • Sanding the surface with sandpaper grit 800 – 1000
  • For better adhesion on the metal, use Durogloss epoxy primer
  • To close the pores of wood, use Propan PCR 1000 Epoxy Primer Products or Propan Wood Filler. And then sand with sandpaper grit 800 – 1000
  • Stir well DUROGLOSS NC approximately (± 5 minutes) before add thinner
  • If you want more matte appearance, add Propan Matting Solution MS-21, according mixing direction before add thinner
  • Add Thinner Propan Super or Thinner Durogloss with comparison 1: 1 ratio or until it reaches a viscosity 11-12 sec NK2, and stir well. When using MS-21, decrease amount of thinner appropriate with amount of additional of MS-21.
  • Spray evenly with a stable air pressure, approximately (± 1.5 – 2 bar)
  • For more maximum protection and gloss look, Durogloss NC can be applied with PCR PU Clear Gloss series after 2 hours
  • Apply this paint at places where have ventilation or good air circulation
